I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, but the customer service could be more customer-oriented. The location is so close to everything in Pittsburgh, making it convenient for exploring, but a bit inconvenient for travel back to the city center. The dining options were fantastic with a variety of appetizers, but some services like room service and dry cleaning were lacking. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
